This is quite interesting and answers a question that I have been pondering, which is this – Sometimes I see patients who are diligent about their water intake but still show signs of dehydration. My question was, “Why.” Could it be that in their attempt to drink “pure” water, they are drinking water that is devoid of everything, including the ability to hydrate their bodies.
