On our recent journey back to relearning and building on our basic understandings of probiotics and EFAs, I was struck again by the value in revisiting basic modalities and raising them to a higher level of excellence. Today we revisit, for the same reason, an oft-overlooked familiar area of health: Minerals. It is a known fact that vitamins and minerals are important co-factors in enzymatic reactions.
