Gemmotherapy is a modern scientific method of draining organ systems, tissues and cells. In addition to containing vitamins, and minerals, buds and young shoots are richer in nucleic acids and growth hormones than later plant tissues and preparations derived from flowers, bark and other plant parts no matter how well prepared.
Gemmos are harvested in the spring, and throughout this period of cellular division and plant growth they contain the highest concentration of active growth factor hormones, auxins, and gibberllins. These properly processed extracts contain valuable hormonal informative matter required for the drainage of various organs and tissues at the cellular level.
Buds affect all levels of the human being: physical, even cellular, and psychical. In order to extract the embryonic substance from the fresh buds, fresh plant material is macerated in a solution of 50/50 glycerin and alcohol for three weeks. It is then filtered and diluted. It is prescribed in the first decimal potency for maximum effect.
