Trace minerals are an oft-overlooked key to a major part of our patients' health puzzles. Mother nature provides important trace minerals in the soils used to grow the plants that humans eat, which we then synthesize and utilize. As well as providing the foundational building blocks of bone and tissue, minerals also power the energy systems and enzyme systems of the body.
